“Na-hire po ako sa PESO [Public Employment Service Office]. […] Nuong una, wala talaga akong alam sa pest control. Parang gusto ko na sumuko nun. “Before accepting the Operation Support Manager role years ago, I was very hesitant. 1) I have no knowledge in pest control industry, and also 2) puro lalaki nga ang nasa pest control. But I gave it a try. I started to learn and undergo training. Then the company offered me a sales position, which I was then hesitant kasi wala akong experience. But I felt the support and guidance of the management until I learned the ropes. Na change yung perspective ko kasi hindi lang siya pang lalaki talaga o pang babae lang. Nasa tao if they want to excel and learn. If you look at it, binigyan talaga ako ng opportunity ni company, you only needed to do the work. ENTECH will believe in your potential and celebrate your success.
